Staff consultation
We consult with our staff on policies or issues that might directly affect them and listen to their view through the EMA Staff Committee. Its members also participate in selection procedures by appointing representatives to ensure equal, fair treatment and transparency during the process.
The EMA Staff Committee is an intermediary body, set up and elected from among staff in accordance with the Staff Regulation, between staff and Management. It represents all EMA staff members and defends their individual or collective interests in their working environment.
